Returns and refunds
Returned, tracked, received — and still not refunded.
The return shows delivered at their warehouse and the refund does not move. Or it is refunded minus a restocking fee nobody mentioned, or as gift card balance instead of to the card, or the window closed while support was "escalating". Chargebacks work and are the step people describe reaching only after everything else failed.
