Trials that convert silently, Subscribe & Save quantities that change, a cancellation flow with more steps than the signup, and charges for a renewal on a card nobody remembered was on file. The FTC has litigated Amazon over exactly this pattern, which is worth knowing before anyone tells you it was your own fault for not reading carefully.
