Counterfeits or listing hijacking
Somebody else is selling fakes under your listing.
Commingled inventory means the unit shipped may not be the unit you sent. A hijacker attaches to your ASIN and the reviews land on your product. Brand Registry and test buys are the recommended remedy, and sellers describe both as slow while the counterfeit keeps selling. Buyers describe the other end: an obvious fake sold as genuine, by Amazon.
